Notice Regarding Fees for Interpreting Services
Effective October 1７, 202５
For consultations and check-ups (this excludes cosmetic dermatology), patients who have difficulty communicating in Japanese are required to schedule their visit on a day when an English-speaking doctor is available or choose clinic-provided translater option below:
Please be advised that a fee will be introduced for the use of the clinic’s interpreting services, commencing on the date specified above.
The fee schedule is as follows:
Medical Interpreting Service Fees

The applicable fee is determined by the total duration of interpretation required by physicians or medical staff, excluding any waiting time..
Alternatives at No Charge
The following options remain available to patients free of charge:
- Arranging for your own qualified interpreter.
- Being accompanied by a friend or family member who can interpret accurately(limited to female)
- Free of Charge for Esthetic Clinic.
Use of Clinic-Provided Interpreters
・Please note, in instances where the clinic deems it necessary to ensure patient safety and the accuracy of medical communication, a clinic-provided interpreter will be assigned and the standard fee will be charged, even if the patient is accompanied by their own interpreter.
・As a general rule, we only accept appointments through one of the methods mentioned above. If you rely on translation software (apps), please note that inaccuracies can occur. If the clinic determines this is insufficient for safe medical communication, we willl suggest the option above for another day or interpretation charges may apply.
Important Disclaimer
・Please be aware that should you choose one of the alternative options listed above, we assumes no liability for any medical accidents, malpractice, damages, or losses that may arise from errors or inaccuracies in interpretation. The patient shall be solely responsible for resolving any such incidents at their own expense.
English-speaking Doctor Availability（free of interpretation fee）
- Gynecology / Gynecological Checkups: Available on Tuesdays (approx. twice a month).
- Dermatology: Available on Fridays (approx. twice a month).
- Breast Cancer Screening: Availability varies by week.
- Breast Surgery: Not available.
For specific dates, please check our reservation system
・Please understand that it may not always be possible to meet your requests for the same treatment or consultation hours as in your home country. Treatment follows Japanese guidelines and is provided based on the Japanese health insurance system. Our available clinic hours are also limited
医療通訳サービス料金に関するお知らせ
2025年10月17日より
診察および検診（美容皮膚科を除く）において、日本語でのコミュニケーションが困難な患者様は、英語対応可能な医師の勤務日にご予約いただくか、または当クリニック提供の通訳オプション（下記参照）をお選びいただくようお願いいたします。
上記施行日より、当クリニックの通訳サービスのご利用には料金が発生いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
料金体系は以下の通りです：
医療通訳サービス料金

| 15分超 | 15分ごとに3,300円 |
| キャンセル料* | 0円 |
- 料金は、待ち時間を除き、医師または医療スタッフが通訳を必要とした合計時間によって決定されます。
無料でご利用いただける代替方法
以下の方法については、引き続き無料でご利用いただけます：
- ご自身で資格のある通訳者を手配する。
- 正確に通訳できるご友人やご家族（女性限定）に同伴してもらう。
- 美容皮膚科（自費診療）の通訳は無料。
当クリニック提供の通訳者の利用について
・患者様ご自身の通訳者が同伴されている場合でも、患者様の安全確保と医療情報の正確な伝達のために当クリニックが必要と判断した場合は、クリニック提供の通訳者が対応し、規定の通訳料を申し受けますのでご了承ください。
・原則として、当院では上記いずれかの方法によるご予約のみ受け付けております。翻訳ソフト（アプリ）をお使いの場合、誤訳が生じる可能性があることにご留意ください。安全な医療コミュニケーションのために不十分であると当クリニックが判断した場合、別日に上記いずれかの方法で再度ご予約いただくか、または通訳料が適用されることがあります。
重要免責事項
・上記の代替方法（ご自身での通訳者手配等）を選択された場合、通訳の誤りや不正確さによって生じたいかなる医療事故、医療過誤、損害、損失についても、当クリニックは一切の責任を負いかねます。万が一そのような事態が発生した場合は、患者様ご自身の責任と費用負担において解決するものとします。
英語対応可能な医師の診療日（通訳料金はかかりません）
- 婦人科／婦人科検診： 火曜日（月2回程）
- 皮膚科： 金曜日（月2回程）
- 乳がん検診： 週による
- 乳腺外科： なし
詳細な日程については予約システムで確認して下さい。
・母国と同じ治療や診察時間を希望されても、希望通りに行かないときがあります。治療は日本のガイドラインおよび日本の保険制度に沿って行われます。また、当院の診療可能時間も限られています。
